Charley Blake began dancing at the age of 3 in Coral Springs, Florida, competing and training in a variety of styles. At the age of 15, she directed to her focus primarily to contemporary, modern, and ballet. At age 17, Charley was invited to join Next Generation Ballet's Trainee Program in Tampa, Florida, under direction of Phillip Neal.

Following her tenure with Next Generation Ballet, she joined The Sarasota Ballet's Margaret Barbieri Conservatory Trainee Program in 2022. There she has performed in original works by Maria Konrad, Lindsay Fischer, and Ricardo Graziano as well as understudying the company in ballets by Sir Frederick Ashton, August Bournonville, and Sir Peter Wright. She is thrilled to be joining Tampa City Ballet.
