Each year, The Nutcracker performances rings in the holiday season as a long-held tradition celebrated around the world. In the Tampa Bay Area, TCB brings together audiences of all ages and backgrounds to participate in this family event. This performance will help illustrate just how Tampa City Ballet strives to make a difference through dance, music, performance and high-quality arts education.

New Tampa Performing Arts Center
Tampa City Ballet works in close collaboration with Tampa City Ballet Dance School (TCBDS). Together, we celebrate the promise, enthusiasm, and commitment of these hard-working young artist – dance students, budding choreographers and their supportive families.
Many of Tampa City Ballet’s young dancers are scholarship recipients, nurtured through exceptional training, personalized mentorship, and inspiring performance opportunities.
This season, the lead roles of the Prince, Nutcracker, Snow King, and Cavalier will be performed by acclaimed professionals from the TCB company.
Tampa City Ballet is building a thriving dance community in the heart of Tampa Bay, opening the doors for a new generation to step into the magical world of the performing arts.
