SUMMER PROGRAM
The TCB Summer Intensive Program gives dancers strong multidisciplinary training as well as enhances artistry and versatility.
Students will take a deep dive into different techniques including ballet, modern, contemporary, and improvisation.
The program also allows students to work with national and international faculty and choreographers.

Three weeks intensive - Jul 8-26, 2024

Tuition $1,450
Open to dancers 15 and up. Audition required.
Room and board available upon request.

Audition fee: $35
Video auditions will be accepted until May 17, 2024
Audition video must include: Barre work and center floor work.

Announcing our 2024 Summer Program faculty!
Graciela Acedo, Brandon Carpio, Bliss Kohlmyer, Luana Hidalgo, Adia Hollist, Osmany Montana, David Moreno, Paula Nuñez, Andee Scott, and Fernando Suels of Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch returning for the third year.
CREATIVE LAB
THE Creative Lab is a workshop PRESENTED BY OUR GUEST ARTIST FERNANDO SUELS. The participants will receive daily work topics and will be given the space to develop their own proposal and ideas. The work demands a high degree of physicality and research
During the last week of research, proposals will be selected in order to move on to the next level, which will consist in the creation of a composition.
The character of the composition will focus on the individual point of view of each participant.
The research modality is inspired by the experience gained by Fernando Suels during all his years working at the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch.
The final session will be dedicated to share with the audience the material developed over the course of the three weeks.
