DANCE NOW

Dance Now Tampa City Ballet’s 1st Annual Cultural Dance Festival, is set to captivate the Tampa Bay community. Curated by Paula Nunez, this immersive event celebrates the diversity of dance styles within the region and aims to create meaningful interactions amongst artists and audiences alike.  This unique experience will take place on Saturday, June 3rd at 7:30 PM at Water Works Park.

Dance Now is an exceptional theatrical platform which incorporates and embraces ten local dance organizations, more than twelve choreographers and over forty five dancers, all collaborating to entertain and inform audiences about an exciting mix of cultures and their expressions.

With the support of local organizations, funded in part by the Hillsborough Arts Council Cultural Development Program and the endorsement of Visit Tampa Bay, Dance Now aims to bring an evening of festivities, complete with food trucks, crafts vendors, and a 360-photo booth. Visit Tampa Bay will debut its new music truck, joining with Tampa City Ballet to host a FREE children’s dance and movement class for all interested kids at 6:30PM.

This event is FREE to the community, graciously sponsored by TCB patrons.

Feel free to bring your own chair or a blanket!
