JENNAH BOURQUE

Born in Boston, Massachusetts Jennah began dancing at the age of 5 at New Tampa Dance Theatre in Tampa, Florida, where she studied ballet, modern, tap, and jazz. In 2013, she continued her ballet and modern techniques at America’s Ballet School.

She has participated in numerous Outreach Performances in the Tampa Bay area as well as other festivals and galas in the state of Florida. She has taken different workshops and master classes at America’s Ballet School as well as at the Youth America Grand Prix and American Dance Competition.

Jennah has attended summer intensives at America’s Ballet School and at New Tampa Dance Theatre. In 2017, Jennah was among the Top 12 dancers in the Senior Modern Division at the Tampa Semi-Regionals for the Youth America Grand Prix. Her repertoire includes various classical ballets like Coppelia, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Don Quixote, and The Nutcracker; as well as many choreographies by Paula Nuñez such as Frida, Outflow, and It’s Happening Anyways.

Jennah looks forward to sharing her passion of dance with Tampa City Ballet II and the community.
