Luis Molina

Luis Molina, originally from Venezuela, discovered his passion for dance at a young age. He began his training at the prestigious Danza Maragua and Ballet Integral Linda Jelambi academies. Johana Fernandez, his instructor at Ballet Integral Linda Jelambi, became his mentor and the person who facilitated him with opportunities to advance his dance education.

At the age of 17, he was awarded a scholarship by Acosta Danza in Cuba. Immersed in the rich culture of Cuban dance, he expanded his repertoire and refined his technique, laying the foundation for a promising career in the arts.

After returning to Venezuela in 2019, Molina joined the Teresa Carreño Ballet as a soloist, earning acclaim for his performances in classical and contemporary ballet. He caught the attention of Ariel Serrano from the Sarasota Cuban Ballet School, where he currently dances.

Molina has received numerous accolades, including the Diamond medal at Soy Danza Margarita and the Gold medals at Puradanza and Grand Prix Pura Danza. In 2023, he showcased his versatility in lead roles and solo performances, and in 2024, he won first place in both Contemporary and Classic categories at the Universal Ballet Competition in Orlando, Florida, establishing himself as a rising star in the dance world.
